How do you keep a useful link collection current?
I am looking for a lightweight review routine that catches dead links and outdated recommendations without turning into a full-time job.

The strongest examples are specific about the audience and the tradeoff. I would also record the before-and-after result so the advice stays useful.
That is a useful distinction. A short checklist and one real example would make this even easier for another member to apply.
